Adriana Devers

Adriana is an author, educator, speaker and cultural events coordinator born and raised in the Dominican Republic.

She has a Spanish Language and Literature Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in Liberal Studies and a Teaching Certificate. Adriana has years of teaching experience and is owner of Triadas Family Daycare in Nassau, NY and the creator of Cuentos de Triadas INC- infusing arts and language to promote cultural awareness. Adriana’s published works include: poem “la negra del batey” anthology Mujeres de Palabra, Poética y Antología (2010), poetry book Huellas de una Memoria Perdida(2008); bilingual children’s book Mi Chiquitica en Luna Llena My Little One in Full Moon(2018), and short story book De cuento en cuento(2018). Her children’s book, My Little One in Full Moon was recognized by the Latino Book Awards organization in 2019. Her latest publication is Todos a bailar! (2020) is a celebration of Hispanic Heritage and Dominican Republic’s merengue music.
