Presented by Westbury Arts and hosted by Meagan J. Meehan featuring poets from Long Island, NYC, and surrounding areas.
This virtual live event, which will be held via Zoom, will give poets hailing from Long Island, NYC, and elsewhere a chance to read their work live, talk about their inspirations, and answer questions about their work. The audience will be able to leave comments and pose questions via the chat feature and through the host.
The evening is sure to be enlightening as poets recite their works and offer their sources of inspiration, keen perspectives, and how they construct their works. All poetry styles are welcome and this is a chance to hear new and exciting poets share their words and stories. The poetry reading event will be recorded and uploaded to the Westbury Arts YouTube channel for the everyone to enjoy.
