Treasurer, Board Director

 

Beaumont currently serves as Treasurer of Nassau County and is also a Village of Westbury Trustee appointed as 2nd Deputy Mayor and is assigned as the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Commissioner.

Beaumont is very active in the Westbury community and is a strong believer that for a community to thrive, it requires the involvement and civic engagement of its residents. He is a past President of the Sherwood Gardens Civic Association of Westbury and was the Chairman of the Westbury Little League for over 12 years. In addition, he has participated in other community initiatives such as: Teaching Small Business start-up skills to local entrepreneurs (sponsored by the Community Development Corporation of Long Island (CDC), mentoring local students and participating in Career Day at the Westbury Middle and High Schools. He is also very active in the Westbury United Methodist Church where he serves on its Board of Trustees and is currently Vice President of the Westbury United Methodist Men. Beaumont has over 25 years of financial services experience, and over 10 years of governmental experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Old Westbury.
