Marcia Odle-McNair

Marcia Odle- McNair is an artist, author and educator who has resided in Westbury for over 30 years. Marcia holds B.F.A. and M.F.A. degrees in Fine Arts from Hunter College (CUNY). She has exhibited her paintings and mixed media works of art throughout the New York area and across the United States. Her artwork reflects an interest with the interaction of colors, nature, geometry, and transparency in an abstract format.
Marcia has worked as an educator for over 40 years. She has taught at Hunter College, St. Peter’s College and for NYC schools. Marcia is the author of Kwanzaa Crafts - Gifts and Decorations for a Meaningful and Festive Celebration. She has led workshops on this topic for more than 20 years.
