Call for Submissions: Westbury Arts Celebrates Recent Grads

Westbury Arts is looking to celebrate our high school and college graduates, especially those with artistic flair! Whether you’re a Class of 2023 graduate or a recent graduate (within the last 4 years), if you were creative (and bold) enough to decorate your graduation cap and proudly wear it down the aisle to receive your diploma, we invite you to submit it for our upcoming art exhibit titled “Westbury Arts Celebrates Our Recent Grads”.

Eligibility: Recent graduates of area high schools, as well as any college graduates, are invited to participate.

DEADLINE AND IMPORTANT DATES: 

Digital photographs must be emailed to [email protected] by Saturday, July 1. Please submit images in.jpg format labeled with the following information: YourName_DateGraduated_School

Decorated graduation caps can be dropped off in person at 255 Schenck Ave. during open gallery hours: Thursday, June 29, 12-4 PM; Friday, June 30, 2-6 PM; Saturday, July 1, 10 AM – 2 PM.

Caps must be delivered by 2 PM on Saturday, July 1.

Artwork Pickup: Saturday, July 29, from 12-2 PM

Exhibition Dates: July 8-29, with open gallery hours to be announced

Fee: In honor of our graduates, there is NO submission fee — This exhibit is FREE to enter and participate in!
