Westbury Arts invites its Member Artists to participate in a curated exhibition organized around the theme “THE EMOTIONS OF COLOR,” to be held in our gallery space at 255 Schenck Ave, Westbury from November 11, 2021 – December 31, 2021.
Our exhibition will celebrate the innovative work of our Member Artists where color becomes the language that is used to express motifs and moods, whether it’s anger, joy, sadness, fear, disgust, contentment, love or any other emotion.

Entries must be submitted before 11:59 pm Wednesday, October 27, 2021
Acceptance notification sent to all artists by Monday, November 1, 2021
Artwork delivery 255 Schenck Ave, Westbury: Saturday, November 6, 2021 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm
Opening Reception – November 11, 2021, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Exhibition Dates – November 11, 2021 to December 31st, 2021
FEE: Your participation in this members exhibition is free and is a benefit of your Westbury Arts membership.
ELIGIBILITY: Artists must be 18 years or over and reside in the U.S. Work to be considered can be either 2 or 3 dimensional, no larger than 48” on either side and wired to hang. We cannot accept works without wire to hang or multi-media at this time. 3D works may be limited by our ability to properly display them.
SALES: You may offer your artwork for sale or it will be marked NFS (Not for Sale). Artists agree to donate 20% of the sale price of any work sold during this exhibition. Westbury Arts will handle the sale and report the sales tax.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry form must be filled out completely. Judging for 2-D and 3-D works will be done entirely from JPEGs or PNGs. No other formats will be accepted. Maximum file size for any individual image is 100 MBs. Up to two (2) works can be submitted by an artist. Your completion of the entry form will serve as your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. A panel of Westbury Arts members judges will determine which works will be accepted. Considerations will include relation to the theme, family friendly subject matter, and artistic merit. All decisions will be final
