Bella’s Cookie Butters can be found most Sundays at the Westbury Arts Farmers & Artists Market.
We asked Bella a few questions about how she got started in her field. She shared that she attended a local Culinary school and worked a 200 hour internship in pastries and baked goods. Bella also worked in retail but wasn’t finding it satisfying. So she decided that it was “now or never” to follow her dream of going into business for herself. People should know that all of Bella’s goods are baked in a kitchen co-op, so everything is certified and safely prepared.
What should one try from Bella? The fudge brownies are the stuff of legend. White chocolate and classic chocolate chip cookies are popular as well. We asked Bella what makes her product unique. She told us that her secret ingredient is passion. And passion is what she puts into every morsel offered.
